Reliability
For your brand to succeed, you need reliable access to Amazon’s Seller tools, data availability, and accurate reporting. But perhaps you’ve experienced Amazon’s internal tools, like Advertising Console and Seller Central, going down on tentpole days—when your brand needs them most.
Kapoq invests heavily in several areas to ensure we provide a reliable platform, such as implementing automated retries when reports fail to deliver from Amazon. This might seem obvious, but Amazon’s APIs come with some limitations as to when and how you can request data from them—and oftentimes, you only know an API is delayed when you request information and get nothing back. Kapoq’s integration with Amazon’s APIs include a sophisticated system that can keep automatically retrying as many times as needed, until you get the data you need.
In addition, we include a Data Hub that allows users to check the status of their data at any time, and we proactively communicate when errors do occur. Lastly, our partnership with Amazon allows us to swiftly resolve issues with their teams directly. We proudly advocate for our clients.
