President

Kevin Fischer

Kevin is the President of Kapoq. Based in Chicago, Kevin previously worked in the algorithmic trading industry for ten years, during which he co-founded Atlas Trading.

Kevin is the President of Kapoq. Based in Chicago, Kevin previously worked in the algorithmic trading industry for ten years, during which he co-founded Atlas Trading, where he designed and implemented quantitative models and software infrastructure to support algorithmic trading and risk management across hundreds of thousands of financial instruments in the volatility futures and equity options markets. Kevin has a passion for synthesizing actionable intelligence from large, diverse data sets, in building and validating tractable models of complex systems. Outside of the office, Kevin enjoys chess, golf, and world travel.

Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree with a triple major in Mathematics, Economics, and Computer Science from Dartmouth College.

Kevin does not know how to pilot aircraft.

Marc Blumberg

Marc serves as the SVP- Sales, Marketing, Customer Success at Kapoq. Based in New York, Marc has built a dynamic and accomplished 20+ year career in the technology start-up space.

He is a dedicated leader with a passion for overseeing start-ups from early-stage to the acquisition stage. Marc is recognized with a track record that demonstrates entrepreneurial drive and fearlessness equating to millions of dollars in revenue. Prior to taking on his role at Kapoq, Marc has helped multiple overseas start-ups in the Amazon & e-commerce industry successfully expand into the US Market.

Outside of the office, Marc enjoys spending time with his family, traveling to far-off places, and all things Philadelphia sports.

Chris has a gift to holistically look at business requirements, considering all impacts end-end-end, to provide a high-quality product for users, while leading, mentoring, and growing his development teams. Prior to taking on his role at Kapoq, Chris has led teams in the Healthcare, Academia, and AEC industries.

Outside of the office, Chris loves college football, all things technology, and family adventures with his wife, three amazing children, and their golden retriever.
