The problem with documenting daily, if you're doing it manually, it's painful. Really, you want to be able to track things on a per product level. Also, the data will retroactively update. Meaning even if you're recording it daily, you should be going back and back updating all of your data 30 days back. Capturing this data manually and updating it is a huge pain. As you can imagine across a whole bunch of clients and then hundreds of products, thousands of some per client. That gets really old, really fast. What we do, honestly, in this case, as far as data capturing, software is honestly the best. We use a lot of internal systems, which we've built in a way our own internal software.
