Inventory Management
This CPG brand’s inventory is complex — they sell multiple products in both different sizes and different scents, and they also offer kits and multi-pack bundles. Kapoq’s comprehensive inventory management capabilities allowed Brands Excel to accurately forecast SKU demand, minimize out-of-stock situations, and avoid storage limit restrictions. Additionally, Kapoq provided their team with lots of analytics around inventory times and projections of lost sales for when products are out of stock.

Before joining Brands Excel and using Kapoq, it took Amazon 110 days from the date the shipment was ordered by the client until fully received by Amazon FBA, which caused issues with forecasting and growth projections. The brand ships 1.2 million units a month, so figuring out which shipment a specific ASIN was on was challenging.
